To make a reservation, we require a security deposit equal to a percentage of the total booking amount. This percentage varies based on the total cost of the service (approximately 20/30% of the total) booked and will be required upon booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation we will apply the following conditions:
The cancellation must be received by us at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. In this case, we will refund the deposit. If it is not done in these terms, our company reserves not to refund it.
